1. FREN! Where is my order?
◦ Answer: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at style@youngatstyle.com or 251.219.0211 for assistance. Please note that orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.


2. How long does it take to ship my order, FREN?
◦ Answer: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. PREORDERS are shipped within 7-10 business days, depending on vendor's availability. 🩷 You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


3. What if I entered the wrong shipping address, FREN?
◦ Answer: If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at style@youngatstyle.com or 251.219.0211. While we will do our best to update the address, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been placed, as our processing begins quickly. If the order has already shipped, please contact the shipping carrier to reroute the package, though additional fees may apply.


4. FREN, can I cancel my order?
◦ Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. Our system processes orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please refer to our return policy.


5. What is your return policy my FREN?
◦ Answer: All sales are final unless a wrong item was shipped or the item received is defective.
