All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for damaged product(s) or if the incorrect item was shipped.
An item that doesn't fit as expected or does not match the model's fit is not considered a defect.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 3 calendar days of the DELIVERED date.
SHIPPING
We’re thrilled to share that our processing and shipping times have been enhanced to serve you better, as orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless noted otherwise. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days on popular items.
For even faster service, all in-stock items are now available with UPS 2-Day Air, so you can receive your orders even sooner.
Once packages leave our showroom and are handed over to the shipping carrier, (Young at Style) YAS is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
PREORDER
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping of PREORDERS, as this depends on vendor availability.
We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.
Packages are shipped directly from Young at Style in Mobile, Alabama via UPS and USPS. xo
